What we do
Priority Scaffolding provides new build scaffolding for both large housing developments and individual residential builds, with safe access for bricklayers, roofers and every trade that follows. Bespoke designs for awkward plots or tight site layouts, and full compliance with TG20:21 and site-specific safety checks.
We work with national and regional housebuilders, independent developers, local construction teams, private self-build clients, housing association projects and custom home builders.

Priority Scaffolding (Cambridge) Ltd is a family-run scaffolding company based on Peverel Road in Cambridge. The same team handles the survey, the design, the erect and the strike, from a single domestic tower to a multi-site commercial programme.

Scaffolding is priced per job, not off a rate card. The price depends on the height and length of the elevation, how many lifts you need, whether the ground is level and clear, how long the scaffold needs to stand, and whether the job needs a temporary roof, sheeting or pedestrian protection. We quote free and in writing, with the hire period stated up front so there are no surprises if the job overruns.
Yes. All of our new build scaffolding is fully compliant with TG20:21 guidance and UK health and safety standards, with site-specific risk assessments.
Hire periods are flexible to suit your construction schedule. The scaffold is inspected while it stands and adapted as the build rises.
Yes. We cover Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Hertfordshire as well as Cambridgeshire, including Cambridge, Ely, Bury St Edmunds, Peterborough, Newmarket and Thetford.
