Yes. Most structural work at height, including roof repairs, loft conversions and home extensions, needs domestic scaffolding so tradespeople have safe, secure access.
Scaffolding is priced per job, not off a rate card. The price depends on the height and length of the elevation, how many lifts you need, whether the ground is level and clear, how long the scaffold needs to stand, and whether the job needs a temporary roof, sheeting or pedestrian protection. We quote free and in writing, with the hire period stated up front so there are no surprises if the job overruns.
Most domestic scaffolds go up in a day. We can normally start within a few days of you approving the quote and we will always give you a clear start date.
As long as the job needs. Hire is flexible for short or long term projects, with fast installation and timely dismantling around your schedule, and the hire period is stated in the written quote.
No. We use protective boards and base plates that minimise surface impact, and the setup and dismantle are kept tidy and secure.
Yes. We are CHAS and SSIP accredited, carry £5m public liability cover, and install all scaffolds to TG20:21 and SG4:22 with site-specific risk assessments.
